Worshiping Wednesday

Welcome to Worshiping Wednesday! I am truly so excited your swinging by.
This little weekly link up has rocked my world. It all started by just having this need to worship more, to really take time out of my life lay it all down and just give God space.
It stuns me that others want to link up, and blesses me also. I made it a link up so that others can find the encouragement that I have and to hold me accountable! Trust me their have been some weeks that I wanted to skip. There would be just too much going on to take the time and post, of course those are the weeks I need this the most.

This weekend our the worship team played this song. It rocked me, floored me, encouraged me, and hasn't left me. I love it when a song just because truth to you. When the dance of the melody, power of the words, and spirit of God just moves in a way that just leaves you....stunned.

 VERSE 1:

Great is Your love
Let the whole earth sing
Let the whole earth sing
You reached for us
From on heaven's throne
When we had no hope

PRE-CHORUS 1:

You are the way
There is no other
You are the way
There is no other

CHORUS:

You rose from death to victory
You reign in life
Oh majesty
Your name be high and lifted up
Jesus, Jesus alive in us

VERSE 2:

You outshine the sun
You are glorious
You are glorious
Lord over all
You have made us new
We owe it all to You

PRE-CHORUS 2:

In everything
Be exalted
In everything
Be exalted

CHORUS:

You rose from death to victory
You reign in life
Oh majesty
Your name be high and lifted up
Jesus, Jesus alive in us

BRIDGE:

The enemy is under Your feet
We are free
We are free
Death has been defeated by love
You overcome
You overcome
The enemy is under Your feet
We are free
We are free
Death has been defeated by love
You overcome
You overcome

CHORUS:

You rose from death to victory
You reign in life
Oh majesty
Your name be high and lifted up
Jesus, Jesus alive in us
Jesus, Jesus alive in us

Jesus alive in us. Jesus alive in me.
That fact seems to leave me so often. This season has been very dry in my heart. Where you pour out so much, there is just a drop left at the end of the day. There are days were I feel, dead. But, Jesus is alive in me. If he is alive in me, there is more left then just the drop I see. That drop of me, is so small compared to the power of Jesus that he has filled me with.

I just have to look for it. No not look, accept. Accept that he wants more for me, accept that he use me, and accept that I have to get out of the way. Then there will be a lot more than just a drop left.

Tori and I would love to have you link up how you are worshiping today! Don't forget to read others post. Go make some new friends and take a few more minutes to worship this week.
